I save all jokes about this racing being the equivalent of the Ambiguously Gay Duo cartoons on SNL

My initial reaction was CP. However, DMC (North America) is alive and apparently doing quite well restoring,retrofitting, and upgrading DMSs to their owner's delight. The body is straight, and the engine is low mileage and perfect for a Phase 1 upgrade (like a previous poster stated) which would at least give the

I love the rarity, and complete absurdity of the Renault 5Turbo. Apparently, Renault USA would not provide any warranty service on these and despised the fact that they entered US shores via the grey market. Owners bought these on a leap of faith that the vehicle's uniqueness and performance woulf nullify the the

@Ford Tempo Fanatic: I do the same thing, eventhough I have my favorites right now. Wax: Collinite IW845 /polish:Meguiars UC /Swirl X combo is (as the kids say) da bomb , QD : Lucas Slick Mist, glass cleaner: Stoners' Invisible Glass, and the best cheapo spray wax: Turtle Wax Express Shine (perfect for winter quick

@Møbius: note to self...don't mess w/ "2kewl4skewl"

McGruber!!!!!!!!

@Ben Wojdyla: I saw that article about the Entervan. It should be an appealing option for those who need a mobility assisted van

@longdx: Oh and by the way, I have driven a rental Prius and the car almost instantly slows down when you are in neutral and/or let go of the accelerator (regen braking), plus the vehicle had 4 wheel disc, so I am calling B.S. on the whole not being able to brake scenario. Likely scenario, old man accelerated, felt

A good friend brought up the fact that the Pruis is drive by wire system. So the idea, that the accelerator was stuck on the floor is a bit hinky at best, and downright deceitful at worst. I do believed he was scared, and ignored all the obvious ways to slow the vehicle (place in neutral etc). I do believe Toyota

Ok, I may be in the minority here, but I like the design. It fits the mindset of Foose (elegant , smooth lines, simplicity and attention to hiddendetails...really look at the exhaust pipes, green on the wheel lips and canapy design).

I love the profile shot of the Evora and the color scheme is spot on.

and yet, Jeremy Clarkson said that "Americans have the aesthetic of a giraffe".... take those words back NOW!!!!!!

@TheRedCar: Like "oddseth" stated as well as an earlier poster, The US was bombarded for 10 solid years about the "practicality" of SUV's. Ads showed the "superiority" of SUV's compared to wagons and minivans, when in actuality wagons have the same cargo capacity, better gas mileage and handling then the lumbering,

@oddseth: So agree with you both. I had a 1993 Legacy GT wagon (the first year of the slightly elevated roofline). Subaru had tested the waters with the Outback, Legacy GT Wagon and a sun-themed wagon (Pacifica?) and later found out that America loved the Outback (essentially a raised Legacy wagon with plastic lower

The early 70's Camaro/Firebird has great engines and nice body lines, by the mid-70's smog choked engines were the norm and build quality was awful. Still they had great lines and in many States now, anything over 20years is historic (therefore a nice LS1 will fit fight in the engine bay)

@Jstas has gas!: Exactly what I thought. The videos are strangly reminscent of Mr. Roger's neighborhood and dare I say they are very hypnotic.
