Agreed. But you are not allowed to assault someone physically because you disagree with their statement (BTW I do not believe this is assault -- this is disorderly conduct  -- a misdemeanor punished by a fine).

Accountability does not include taking someone’s property and throwing a drink in their face. A more appropriate response might be “fuck you and your stupid hat.”  Or a conversation on with the kid on why you feel (rightfully) that MAGA is racist and hurtful.

The piece of shit pulled a hat off a 16 year old kid, berated him and threw a drink in his face. As a foreigner here I always find it funny that everyone preaches freedom of speech ... until they dont agree with you.
