Thanks to the government, my daughters will never know the joy of being able to bake their own brownies or create shrinky-dink magnets or keychains.

Put your cell phone in the back seat. Most people won’t go far without grabbing it. Added plus of you can’t text and drive.

Of course you don’t miss them. Thanks to crap power supplies in the latest batches of cheap LED bulbs, you still get to replace lightbulbs every few months.

My opinion....any parent that “forgets” that they have their child in a car does not deserve to have children.

Nobody’s forcing you to use incandescents, they are forcing you to use CFLs or LEDs.

Other options were available that you didn’t have to.  The government never made CFLs or LEDs illegal....
