The 2.7L was fine, so long as you beat the hell out of it and changed the oil with quality synthetic every 3k.
And almost 20% of those deaths are pedestrian related, which as we’ve seen recently, self-driving cars don’t handle any better than humans.
Idk, one of my dailies has 102hp and a 3-spd auto, I have no issue merging on the the freeway at speed with that. This is likely lighter and it’s backed by a manual, so merging shouldn’t be much of an issue in this either.
I feel proper driver training and accountability would eliminate the majority. It’s also something that could realistically happen in a very short period of time.
Better driver training and holding drivers responsible for their actions would go a lot further.
Has a Weber 32/36 on it. That helps-and explains the hood-scoop: you need at least an inch above hood-level for fuel stand-off or you have >horrible< flat spot on acceleration.
