Wow I didn’t realize the prices had dropped so far. If it “didn’t look so boxy” that’s the kind of appliance my gf would buy and then trash up and sell when it won’t run anymore after not going in for maintenance for six years straight.

I didn’t know NYC had a Group B route, spectators out of control as always.
I do, but not comparing the actual lap times - the driving technique and expertise is always world class, and the technology that goes in to these cars is what makes them so great, and that tech trickles down to our street cars. For example, tires are so good nowadays as far as grip, compound, wear, and water/ice…
Oh man, what four cars *inspired* me the most.. not four cars I’d want to own... that’s different entirely.
Okay, “Sparky” is pretty funny.
Wow. I’m at a loss for words.
I don’t know if the duplicate pictures were intentional, but I found it funny, like you were really emphasizing your point
I’ve seen a few of these on BAT recently, but I would be afraid of maintenance... but that’s purely by reputation, I don’t have any expertise on Alfas.
@brownmanualwagon here’s another for your namesake
Oh absolutely. Literally any name that hasn’t been used would be fine with me, or at least one that was previously on an SUV model
Probably safety related, if an old tire has a bubble or uneven wear (most do), it could cause an accident on a drift track just as it could on the street.
I didn’t realize Spock was a rotary fan.
It makes sense because we know what a Colt is, but your average American hears “colt” and thinks “gun” and that’s not a smart name for a car nowadays.
The police fled into the everglades? Were they scary teenagers?
New category for Doug Score: how many bodies/shovels fit in the trunk? I bet the BMW 850i is going to move up a few places with that criteria.
Your link didn’t load for me but I am already watching it in my head and it is definitely worth watching
Yeah, I stumbled into him because I liked Hoovie’s Garage, forgot how I found that one. He was always a bit pretentious, as if trying to define car culture with his own opinions.
Did I miss something, or what did his failure to get laid have to do with it?
I don’t like the little front “step,” the hard drop from the hood line in front down to the bumper jutting out. Makes me think of an angry fish with a huge underbite, eek.
I saw an orange one of these in a garage just like this when I was maybe 12 and asked my dad questions about it the rest of the week, especially about why the doors didn’t have handles
