Carmageddon. Boom.
Carmageddon. Boom.
Actually I think the GT represents America perfectly. It shows that they’re perfectly capable of building a world class car... But only when they get help from the rest if the world. And then in true American fashion, call it 100% USA built. Doesn’t get more ‘murica than that.
Sort of one and the same, no? :p
As much as I love the Tesla, it doesn’t do a good job of representing America. A pickup or long distance wannabe luxobarge would have been the better styles to choose from.
I have a fetish for watching behind the scene videos. For me, however, it’s more to do with the fact that I’m always looking for new ideas and tips on shooting my next film. That, and I love seeing how the final product is put together.
Just gotta say I'm glad I've never worked in the food industry (apart from a gig in a distribution warehouse that moved nothing but dairy and meat products). That said, I've worked in retail and I fear that many stories I've heard — along with personal experiences — has done a good job of allowing me to share the…
After living in the Interior of British Columbia for a while, I have determined that I actually miss road salt. Salt can easily wash off your vehicle. Rock chips from the sand they use up here, not so much. I go through a windshield every winter and have stopped trying to repaint all the chips on my hood and front…
Literally.
Say what you will about the drunk guy or the person recording the footage, but the one thing that truly bothers me is that the driver of the car behind the Corolla obviously saw the accident and, instead of stopping to make sure everyone is okay, seems to simply ignore it and drives away.
My girlfriend used to call my MX6 "Red Sex"
Its Spaceball One, sir. She's gone to plaid!
No different than a BMW, Renault or BYD. They might have originated from English, but the letters have become universal symbols for different gears.
Unless, of course, you can write off the lease payments as a work expenditure.
Pretty good idea, actually. Only problem I have is that, short of oil changes, the only times I'm typically jacking the car up into the air, the rims need to come off as well.
Too many replies to go through, but in case it hasn't been mentioned, I nominate the Mercedes SLS. Great car to drive on the road, but man does it not handle when you actually try to show it some serious corners.
Used to have a '63. It was very much a case of never meet your hero... :(
I live on a mountain road that has a dozen or so switchbacks on it and the occasional trucker that gets lost makes it an interesting drive every once in a while. This road, however... that's just insane.
Makes me wonder... what happens if two big rigs come up against one another on one of those s-curve switchbacks? …
In my old second gen Pathfinder, the CEL would stay solid if it was an emissions issue and would flash if it was an actual mechanical one.
One of the few extended warranties I buy are car ones. Not because I'm a sociopath, but because I tend to lean towards buying cars that have a documented history of issues. Of the three extended warranties I've purchased, two of them more than paid for themselves. My old '00 Olds Alero had a ton of small things go…
