No no no no, Lun has *heard* the translation of the inscription in the space ship by now. He might not have *read* it, but he knows it by the end of the episode, even if it's only second-hand. He's vulnerable now. He carries the message.
"Calm down, calm. You were like this when you met Shirley Bassey."
Well, when the Doctor is gone, she's the smartest one in the room. She doesn't want to lose her voice.
When KERA was showing them, they'd edit the parts of a story together, so the running time took a 2 hour block. All through the 80s and 90s, Dr Who ran from 11PM to 1AM (and then "Alive from Off Center" would come on). Watching the DVDs of classic Who now is frustrating for me.

What, no love for "City of Death"?
They were slightly reflective, which you really only saw with Pichard. That had me wondering.
The ghost didn't kill the translator because Cass wouldn't let him in the ship and he hasn't seen the writing, so he does not carry the message so he'd be useless. I wonder how much of that will come into play later.
Damnit, now I have "Kom Susser Todd" stuck in my head.

So, what's the story behind "the comb I never use"?
After going through the plumbus routine, I'd love to hear their take on the turbo-encabulator.
You have no taste, Sir.
And yet, she was the most competent companion he'd had in a while.
I shall now leave this thing here.

He was pretty much sucking at that balloon game, though.
