To each her own, I guess. That was my point. Personally, I do not understand how someone could eat, sleep, or fuck in temperatures of 82-84 without pausing to occasionally throw up.

NO FUCKING KIDDING. I am extreeeeemely hot natured, and I keep the house at 76-77 only when I’m literally just sitting on my ass in shorts and a tee shirt. For sleeping (I need covers) or if I’m actually doing stuff around the house, work, cleaning, etc — 72-73. Getting ready to go out / need to look nice? 69-70,

50 DKP plus for working Dworkin into it.

like if my house and room could be 60 i would probably still get hot.

no. make it colder.

I’m female, and I agree with you. It’s unfair to have it warm, since putting on sweater works, but peeling off clothes isn’t an option.

I too like it super cold. I keep my apartment freezing. When I worked in retail, I always found it to be excruciatingly hot.

And then there are people like me whose ideal indoor temp is 65-68. Staying with friends is a torture situation for me because everyone seems to keep their homes in the 72-75 range and I feel like I’m suffocating. My office could not possibly get cold enough for me to complain about it.

Jesus. 77°F is 25°C. That is nuts. It’s one thing to be working in an office that doesn’t have air conditioning, so it occasionally gets that warm on summer days, but quite another to aim for it. I’m a girl, and that is TOO HOT. Are the rest of you secretly lizard people? You are. I knew it.

Hi! Overweight dude here. I’m a big guy... 6’2”, 225 lbs...

I’m fat so I have lots of extra layers, bring on the cold.

Okay, this all made some form of sense until the temps were mentioned. 68 is a warm house to me. 7fucking7??? That's fucking hot! I guess I'm not as cold a person as I thought.

EVEN IF it’s true - this cop should be prosecuted for manslaughter. After hearing the tape I could kill the motherfucker with my bare hands.

True. But there wouldn’t be a sign of bruising from the hanging (assuming that there is I thought I heard that there was but might have heard wrong).

My view is that suicide or not, they are still culpable for her death. She shouldn’t have been pulled over. She shouldn’t have been arrested. She shouldn’t have been left in a jail cell but since she was, they should have been checking on her (and everyone else in that jail) regularly.

I don’t trust a thing the police say. I feel sad for her and her family.

But...her cell neighbor...who would have NOTHING to gain (nope nothing!) by lying for the guards/police said she was so sad!

So, on a scale from 1 (her being alive still) and 10 (directly murdered by cops while in custody), I guess this is... 9.5?

If she was already dead and the suicide was staged, there wouldn’t be any sign of “violent struggle.”
