Rape by deception is indeed a thing. It generally deals with cases of fraud of identity or a lack of full consent (not giving pertinent information, such as “I have AIDs”, etc) but it’s not about simply lying to get sex. It’s about gaining from the lie, either a concrete lie or lie of omission.

OK, I got raped by two adults at age 5 and, for one, I don’t want society’s “sympathy,” especially since it comes with a lot of “well what could you have done differently?” bullshit. Uh, not be a naive, trusting 5-year-old? I’ll get right on that.
