This. It's not the torrenting that gets you screwed over as much as it's seeding. I know, it's bad practice to download and then not seed, but if it's recently released content, or blockbuster games, seeding is going to increase your likelihood of getting snagged.

I really don't get why people dislike this. I mean, sure, it's not going to be exactly clean, but if you've half a brain at all, you'd scrub your "cooking" tools before using them.

What also works wonders is an old, cheap Canon point and shoot, the CHDK, and if you're shooting for more than a few hours at a time, an AC adapter. Just install CHDK, select a timelapse script, dial in the time, and then walk away.
