Part of what I liked about those first few episodes were that a lot of people were giving bad performances. Kathy Bates and Evan Peters were giving really ham handed performances with terrible accent work. Which pretty much shows My Roanoke Nightmare was made fairly cheaply and did not hire particularly good actors.

Well, one of the things that struck me is how years later, the actors were still coasting on the success of the first TV show. And how they were pretty bitter about not being invited to be on the second season… the one where everyone died.

Ryan Murphy is amazing at casting and good at getting performances. And he seems to be the only director in Hollywood with any interest in actresses over the age of 50.

Part of what I liked about the show was that "My Roanoke Nightmare" really wasn't that good of a TV show, but really was the kind of thing that becomes absurdly popular. As a show it was just a documentary series with dramatic reenactments. Slightly higher budget, but still pretty cheap. It was the sort of thing that

Yeah, I liked it. Within the world of the show, "My Roanoke Nightmare" and "Return to Roanoke: Three Days in Hell" are these major worldwide phenomena, that basically everyone watched. And instead of being the chilling warnings they should be… its just an excuse to send more people there to die for more sleazy

I kind of liked it? The overarching theme of the season was how cheap exploitation kills people. The three characters go through a horrible experience, and sleazy TV producer exploits it for the network's profit. A series of murders takes place, and a sleazy network exploits them for profit. And the cycle gets

Just wait until the Flash crossover.

…That would make more sense than the explanation they came up with.

Her exit from the series makes precisely zero sense.

It was really good. Although it is odd that it was tied so heavily into season two, when it really did just redo season one, but better.

I'm watching The Grinder on Netflix. But what if… I wasn't?

Well, Crazy Ex-Girlfriend got renewed.

Pretty much. If Rebecca wasn't raised by a woman who intentionally destroyed her emotionally as some sort of insane way of making her stronger, she wouldn't have spent the entire show seeking approval and love.

You say that now, but wait until the Ewok trilogy begins.

Wow, This is Us continues to be the most saccharine TV show airing.

Team members hiding important facts from each other

I'm still waiting for the reveal that Doctor Alchemy is really H.R.

Funeral in Smallvile is very good. Very sad as well. And I liked the miniature Kandor colonizing Mars. I'd ave to say Neverending is probably my favorite.

It's very good. Very Silver-Age Superman as well. I liked Lex as just a giant dick who is throwing a tantrum there is someone better than he is.

Hey duuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuude, I read All Star Superman today.
