You don’t even need to go near the limit to have more fun in a simple lightweight car. That’s part of the joy. Modern sports cars are generally boring on the street as you are totally isolated from what is going on and you can’t hit the go pedal for more than a second without hitting prison speeds.

I got a EV cause I do high mileage.... (20k+ miles a year), work reimbursement, and it’s saving me so much fucking gas money right now.

As someone who badly wants an EV and will be my next car, buying an EV right now is just dumb when depreciation is so high, there are incredible lease deals, and new battery tech is right around the corner.  I am not a lease person, but that is what I would do if I needed something now just to bridge until solid state…

I love cars and internal combustion engines. Unfortunately, the ICE is literally killing us and we need governmental action to help build suitable replacements and supporting infrastructure.

OK, clarification: Donald Trump has no policies or policy ideas. He has vague ideas, mostly bad ones. Like maybe we could expose our guts to the sun to kill covid.
