I think you missed one! The ‘79 Camaro that the stereotypical angry big brother Billy drove.

Serious question. Does your opinion change when these are all plugin hybrid or electric? Still less efficient sure, but that is moved to the powerplant where it could get converted to renewable(or may already be)

If you didn’t notice, one of those two is a small hatchback that weighs 3100lbs and the other is a giant 4wd living room that can pull 3 of said hatchbacks (discounting trailer weight, but the math works out perfectly otherwise!)

Please tell me they’re going to let Larry Enticer try it out!

The way I figure, at that time nobody cared about racism (everyone was racist anyway) and Southern Rock was a thing. Both used the symbol as a symbol of being rebellious. Racist overtones be damned (pretty rebel as well).

I drive the ever loving hell out of my 2018 Lariat 4x4 SuperCrew with the 2.7EB and it’s return 19 mpg in mostly city driving. Seems it’s getting better mileage than it should because boost is fun

Love the article, but Kinja still pesters me about having an ad blocker on ...

If they’re depreciating like this and that drop wasn’t included in the lease residuals ... the automakers aren’t laughing on the way to the bank. They’re waiting to take a loss on a little lifted subcompact they thought would be worth more when they went to auction it off.

As long as I can get a bench in the front I’ll be happy. Never liked buckets in a truck. Right now I’ve got the most optioned Lariat you can get without being forced into buckets. Kinda annoying when sometimes you need seating for six (wife, couple of kids and grandparents that don’t like driving in the big city)

Only if you sell. If you continue investing you’ll come out WAY ahead as you’ll be buying at a discount. Unless you need the money for food of course ...

You neglected to mention the part where I said the higher rates should push down the prices of the credits in those majors and increase the prices of the more valuable ones. I need a heavy emphasis on the should in that sentence ...

The way I look at it, the moralizing shouldn’t be done against the student, but the lender (which would influence the borrower behavior).

My kayak has “drain plugs” on the bottom. But they’re scupper plugs because it’s a sit-on-top. Lets the water drain through the boat since it’s not relying on simple displacement for buoyancy since it has a hollow hull. It does have an actual drain plug in case water gets inside that hollow hull.

It doesn’t take much to sink one of those type of sit-in of kayaks. I fish from a sit-on-top kayak in a public lake where they rent out sit-in kayaks that look just like those. I’ve seen multiple people swamp and sink them ... generally newbies that roll over a bit far and the water pours in the side without rolling

Stories pop up from time to time with people getting murdered during a CL transaction. One I remember was a guy was selling some rims for like $2k cash. Dude shows up with the cash to buy them, seller shoots him and takes the money and keeps the rims.

This.
