There is an awful lot of hate and anger in our politics at the moment. Sadly, it seems like something of this nature was bound to happen sooner or later. Can’t have this ridiculous Black/White Good/Bad bifurcation of our system where your fellow Americans that are on “the other side of the isle” are your “enemies.”

That sounds familiar ...

I figure Fanboost should be implemented like it is in Mario Cart. The cars in the back get boosted so they keep catching up. Could be dynamic throughout the race! First place dude, no boost or even -5% or something. Then have it increase the further back in the grid you go. The guy behind would always have a

It’s not just the Big 3 that are beholden to the car dealers, but most small to mid-sized municipalities as well. The local car dealer(s) generally are also the the biggest sales tax generators in the area. This $$$ buys a lot of political support ... for better or worse.

I’m starting a 4 week run doing these barbell complexes mon-wed-fri and some targeted work (upper primarily) tues-thurs. I just completed a 12 week bulk and now I’m looking to cut about 10 lbs without losing much muscle. I hit my goal bulk weight, now to get back to a leaner fighting weight.

I half agree and half disagree. If Bosch knew that they were being implicated in cheating emissions, they should have refused or disclosed. Can’t shield suppliers from liability all the time. What about Takata? Who was at fault for the Firestone debacle? I can see Bosch’s position of feeling that they HAVE to

Of course the deer was always there with the laws of physics being what they are. Since it existed, that doesn’t mean the hoofed menace would visible to any line-of-sight instruments though.

Never had a deer pop out of a ditch right in front of your car before? Daytime, perfectly good sight lines on the road, 60 mph speed limit ... to effectively stop in time you’d have to be going around 15 mph.

True. But if you invest that 50k for the 7 years and get an average return of 5% in a low cost index fund ... it’ll be worth over 70k in the end. Also the value of the money you pay the loan back with is also a depreciating asset due to inflation.

That kid is little and this was exceedingly dumb. That said, my first taste of speed was on the tank of a Honda 350 3 wheeler in the early 80s. It turned me into a car guy.

I’m with you. I didn’t get it to be green per se, I got it so I could mow with my kids playing outside. The electric mower is about as loud as a vacuum cleaner ... quiet enough that I can talk on the phone while using it. Easy to hear and holler at kids if needed. Also my gas push mower didn’t bag or mulch, just

“a more practical viper.”

I was going to say the same thing. This is basically a real estate deal. If there’s anything Trump is qualified to do in the white house it is landing something like hosting the Olympics from other shady businessmen.

It makes sense to me to have the Olympics rotate between 4-5 host cities. Update and reuse the old stadiums every couple decades. Would save a ton of money and probably be good for the host cities in the end. Would force updates of infrastructure like subways etc as well. Seems like a win to me

My yard is around 1/3 of an acre and I can mow it in about 35-40 minutes with a regular push mower. If it was a bit bigger I’d probably need 2 batteries, but I figure it would still be worth it.

That was my plan as well. I finally broke down and got a battery powered push mower and split the difference this summer. BIG IMPROVEMENT over my “reel mower when I can, gas when I can’t” setup before.

I used a reel mower for a couple years on my yard. Worked well and the kids could play outside while I mowed ... but it got REALLY tough if I let it go a little too long.

Heart skipped a beat when I first read the headline and saw the pic. I can’t take both of my favorite riders going down in a week!

Ben got hurt and it cut his career short. He was never the same after that. Nicky and his family are great people and like others have said they always made time for fans and were very down to earth.

We had a 2010 for years and absolutely loved it. Crazy comfortable on long hauls. Pop up the 3rd row and you could take 7 people around (kids in the back!). It towed better than some trucks I’ve had. Lay those 2nd and 3rd row seats down and you could carry an amazing amount of stuff inside. Heck, I could actually
