100% Brendan Dassey should receive a re-trial. There is nothing about that case that shows he shouldn’t. His original attorney should be dis-barred at a minimum. The judge dismisses him due to misconduct, then declines a re-trial based on the attorneys failings. What!? Maybe the judge needs to retire.
