Neutral: Will we ever know how many people really died from the ignition switch failure?

I know... It's a serious letdown. But the exhaust note might be good enough to let me forget it.

You could make the case that GM's product is better than ever, which would lead to strong sales and possibly increasing market share. If you think that, then maybe it's a good time to buy the stock while others are fretting about the recalls.

I am just going to address the elephant in the room:

100%, I love that people fuck up and blame it on the car. Like those mysteriously accelerating Toyota's. Who would have ever thought that when you hit the gas but think it is the brake you still accelerate. Maybe they should engineer a new car with only one pedal that changes its use to do what your brain wants to do.
