Owned one - loved it. Installed a full Katzkin leather interior in it...and HIDs headlight bulbs with ballast...

Get this. Enjoy.

Put on some radial tires on there and live happy ever after.

52,500$, never in a million years.

Will probably buy a F250 diesel early next year to replace the Duramax which served me well over the last couple years. I’d like to know how it rides? How the steering feels. Sound level at cruising speed. Wind noise? Interior fit and finish. That’s pretty much it.

The little girl that was trapped in a drain hole or something for about 2 days in the 80s...

To put it simply, people don’t care that much! Take my father. He went through 5 Jetta TDI in the last 20 years or so. Three previous Gen models and 2 last generation models. He loved them all. He drove at least 80 miles a day with all of them to come to work in the family business.

My father bought one of those new in 96. Very smooth ride and when that supercharger kicked in, it hauled ass for the nineties! I remember driving it when I was 16-17 years old and it was fun to flick around and push to the limit, although it didn’t like it too much!

Good luck!! Love the E39.... I’ll never go out of style.

Now I see what the M manual shifter was for!

Great choice! Great looking car! You’ll get a nice parking spot at most restaurants!

“In my opinion, it’s the best M3 model in existence.”

And the truth has been spoken at last!

Now you’re talking!

I will argue with anyone that the purpose built S65 engine from the E9x version is the best motor to ever be put in a car. Period.

At the top of your list should’ve been the SM. I’m sad.

It was the year 2000. I had a last gen Prelude in Milado Red that I had bought a year before from the owner of the Honda dealership, where I had worked as an intern in sales that year. It had 4000 kms, paid 29K cad. Lots of $$ at the time for a guy just out of school. My car had abour 50,000kms when the Celica came

Looks good, but user friendly? Nope.

“Classic” wise, nothing comes close to the SM.

It’s the NC750X now by the way (Not 700). It’s it’s been like that for the past couple years. Damn fine bike. Own one. Love it.
