That doesn’t mean he wasn’t.

Most people vastly underestimate how bad Reagan was.

Rumor has it the remake was meant to come out this year, but it was pushed back to “modernize” the first game.

This exactly! I LOVE the first game’s story, music, characters...all of it, eeeeeexcept that rough, clunky, ugh-inducing gameplay. If they could please remake the first one with ME3's mechanics - just a bold theft of all its gameplay aspects, I’d be a HAPPY Mass Effect fan.  Keep the story, voice acting, music,

Always happy to get remastered versions of games I love (though how happy might depend on the price point, as I still own all the originals). Won’t lie, though: I was hoping for more of a ‘remake’, at least as far as the first game is concerned, as I would have loved for BioWare to tweak its actual gameplay to be more

Happy N7 Day, everyone!

Fun forgotten fact:

I was gonna come on here and mention Racing Lagoon myself. I’m glad someone else did.

Squaresoft had tried to making a racing game prior. On the PS1 they released the hybrid RPG/Racing game Racing Lagoon (no relation to Squaresoft’s Bahamut Lagoon), which tried to combine Final Fantasy, Parasite Eve, and anything else Squaresoft was making at the time into a racing game based around Yokohama. Racing

You’re calling it “basically just an Xbox One X” because it has a similar GPU in terms of FLOPS, but that’s really unfair. According to rumor, it has a drastically better CPU, much faster RAM, and a far more modern GPU architecture. And it’s already been confirmed that it has a much faster NVME SSD with support for

Recently I’ve been on a Resident Evil kick thanks to the Remakes. So I’ve wanted to go back and play my originals and I sadly can’t. I have my memory card with all the unlocks and my game discs but my PS3 died, PS2 display port is going out, and my PS1 freezes. That just really leaves me with my Vita digital versions

To me, Jim Ryan (circa 2017) sounds disconnected. Saying PS1 and PS2 games look ancient says nothing about their approachability, relevance, nor enjoyability; and it says, at least to me, that he is not open-minded about Sony’s videogame customers, and that he disregards the significants of those games and consoles in

Ryan is an asshole who has no respect for history. BC is about maintaining and preserving gaming history so we don’t lose it. Many games CAN’T be remastered due to the code being lost so it’s important to find some way to play them.

Well ..... fuck. My PS3 crapped out 3 years ago with a huge backlog of games on physical media. I decided not to replace and wait to see if the PS5 would be back-compat. For at least the past year, it sounded like it would be and I was more excited about finally completing (or starting, in some cases), those PS3 games

Modern gaming I guess , why allow people to replay old games easily when you can resell them again digitally , and then sell them a ‘remastered ‘ edition later.

Booooooooooooooo!!!!!
