Nemechek did exactly what you are supposed to do. He lost control and hit Custer. When kept his wheel turned into Custer to keep from going in front of on coming traffic. If he hadn’t done that it would have caused an even larger wreck.

Nemechek lost control of his car. Custer’s car happened to be on the outside.
