Nah. The parry system is a dark souls try hard but is so inconsistent. You need to have the PS4 Pro on performance mode just to make the parry somewhat consistent.

With GTA 5, Rockstar utilized 1000 of its developers from around the world. Most of those made RDR 2 while the others sustain GTA Online. A lot of people are not required to keep GTO running with updates.

To put it in monetary terms:
GTA5 has made Rockstar $6Billion
GTA Online has made Rockstar $500Mil.
