After Elysium and Chappie I don’t think I trust Blomkamp anymore... District 9 seems to have been only a fluke.

Yes, yes, yes! Thank you so much, Charlie! This bit of news made my day (what a sad life I have).

I don’t know...to me has a value in itself and not just as a parody.

You’re right!

I am Apoplexy!

I like it...it reminds me the costumes from Grant Morrison’s X-Men run.

At Comic-Con it seems they implied that X-Men:Apoclaypse will see the most comicbooky adaptation yet... Fingers crossed!

I didn’t catch it! Good eye!

That’s the best X-costume adaptation I’ve seen so far... Deadpool’s costume department is doing a great job!

As much as I love this movie, I think it’s more of an hidden gem and cult movie...the X-Men was a blockbuster that attracted non-comicbook fans and was probably its financial success that convinced studios that the genre could be exploited outside of Batman and Superman.

Although I too noticed the discrepancy, we can’t take Mr Glass words to Bruce Willis’character at face value, he could have wanted to manipulate him by not revealing that there were others like him.

It might be nostalgia but I liked that movie... plus the Dark Overlord scared the hell out of me at the time!

So he drives a Bat-Pope-Mobile?

So many cameos too,for example I totally forgot Eddie Izzard appeared in a superhero story before Powers.

Nostalgia is definitely a factor...

Did I miss The Shadow? If not it deserve to be included...

Now playing

Patton Oswalt agrees with you! Have you seen his idea for Unbreakable sequels?

I’m sorry Charlie, for once I disagree with you...The Rocketeer, Howard the Duck and Mystery Men all have a special place in my heart, they can’t be so low in this list.
