Texas, and every new or improved road here is a toll road because the state doesn’t have enough money to pay for them. I’d rather pay a couple extra bucks every tank, so we could cut out the private companies who run the toll roads.

I’ve been saying for 15 years that the gas tax needs to be raised. If we did that we would actually have money to pay for roads.
