WGA VWC WTF

CM is rolling in his grave over the abortion Codemasters has made from his name.

I'm sure the guy that came up with Joe Camel thought that was a brilliant idea too, but how can aiming your ad campaign - for an M rated game - at underage, mom dependent kids be anything but a disservice to the industry's projection of responsibility.

I so so been wanting this in all games since seeing it in iRacing. Developers can track all kinds of stuff - good and bad.

@Timarius: I am not a fan of regen health but at least the strawberry jam penalizes people who play as a duck and gun bullet spong.

@Full_Circle: Yeah, the idea is to look before you spawn in BFBC2. Obviously that guy didn't which equated to a free kill for someone else.

So ugly. Are they going to leave all that empty space in the middle?

Live Co-op?

censorship is hard

@Spider: Yeah, it is. Ownership has nothing to do with it because technically you don't own anything. Cracking the DRM is the "crime". Unlikely anyone is going to come after a lone guy trying to make it easier to play a game he bought but if they wanted to they could.

Excluding hacks and glitches lets put the blame where it really belongs - on developers.

A few games tried to go this route, Ghost Recon and Operation Flashpoint. Both didn't even go to the extreme but did have very slow paced, intense combat. Damage wasn't something you could write off by hiding behind a rock for a few seconds while you life bar recharge and that made it all the more intense.

For a second I thought the #3 panel was Black Ops and had a laugh at Kotaku for even considering that rehash GOTY

OMG - that pic ^ is of ME!!!

If they were hot nobody would have cared. Judging by the fact they were feeding their newborns a milk diet of coffee, donuts and cigarettes probably means they were not.

@WDubois: Agreed. The FB UI is so shit I cannot believe how many casuals and non-tech grannies are drawn to it. Its a total cluster fuck and now they want to put all our correspondence under one UI they created?

Is there a set limit to the amount of RAM your Firefox cache can eat up? Where I work most people are using laptops with 1, maybe 2GB of RAM and opening an endless taskbar of apps - Lotus Notes being one. Their systems are already starved for RAM so I could see why Firefox doesn't want to enable the average user with

I have been waiting for this announcement and have to say I am a bit disappointed. Considering the GF1 is going to be a couple hundred cheaper now and you'll get a much better lens ootb.

@Lnin0: I found this comment from IGN's review of Sonic Free Riders ironic. "The motion controls make it hard to just jump into the game, but they're fun once you've got the hang of everything."
