That’s better than Michigan. Their registration fees on vehicles built after 1983 are based on MSRP. Imagine the surprise of a guy who purchases something like a used BMW 750iL for ten grand and realizes his fee is $450 every year, based on $100k MSRP.
3000lbs is laughably low, as all but the tiniest vehicles breach that weight. Even if you stripped a car of all it’s creature comforts, you cannot get rid of government mandated equipment.
GM has been slow to incentivize the Silverado. It’s a hard to sell a $500 lease payment to someone coming off a 16 or 17 at $280, especially when they can go to the Chrysler dealer and get a Ram for $250 a month.
Anti-vax parents would rather their children die than be autistic. I can’t imagine how much that infuriates you.
Mr. Pedant checking in to remind you that it’s G-Wagen, as in Geländewagen. Back under the bridge, I go.
In my group of riding buddies, I was one of two with a metric bike and they never gave me shit about it. I’ve been to tons of bike blessings, barhopping tours, etc. and no one ever derided me for having a Japanese bike. In fact, most were happy I was riding and a handful of old-timers actually admired my bike, because…
We can’t handle tackling another gang, not until the Juggalos and their cruel Faygo attacks have been eradicated.
Given that Trump makes shit up to make himself look good on the daily, if his financial statement were that phenomenal, he would have released it, made copies, and sent it to everyone in the United States.
Failed upward, the lot of them.
Right. I worked in a UAW shop, and dues were negligible. No right-thinking person would give up 30-50% of their wage to the union. Smells like an industrial farm-sized pile of bullshit to me.
It’s honestly not that bad, for McDonald’s.
Buying any car with the idea that you’re going to make money on it is 99% of the time a fool’s gambit. If you flip cars that often, you should just lease.
Soon all their ads will be for survival kits, gold, talking bibles, and the My Pillow guy.
It cost $8 million for 1/2 mile of wall. Of the 1953.5 miles of remaining border, only 374 miles has pedestrian-proof walls. So, that means in order to fully wall off the entire border, the cost is $25,280,000,000. Factor in Government graft and general inefficiency, I’ll calculate the true cost to be about ten…
Overpriced compared to what? The only vehicle that comes close in price and capability to a Tahoe (outside of it’s GMC and Cadillac siblings) is the Expedition and is still outsold almost 2-1 by Chevy. I’d say GM has got it figured out.
You should be driving a KIA, from Summit Place KIA...
If you have to ask, you’re on the wrong site.
I say bring back cool neon accent pieces and let people show their colors!
I’m glad I’m not the only person who has no fucking idea what the point of this blog is.
