I also want to mention 1password. I have been using it for years and it just keeps getting better. With the integration of dropbox your passwords are always up to date. I'm a web site developer so having all of the different passwords in one place for the same site is just awesome!

Guardian MAXimus is one of the best drives in my opinion... having a backup right there means that it would be very hard to loose any data.. and there is the ability to place your own drives in.
