It’s a bummer what they’ve done to the menu. The pizza was my go to and the new stacker they’ve been pushing is just a mess of nacho cheese and "beef". They need to bring back the cholupa boxes and add some variety to their combo meals because right now it’s so boring. Taco bell has always been good cuz they try

I did this with some leftover chimichurri and goddamn was it good.

The bar for being a an inconsiderate, shitty neighbor is pretty damn low. Being proud of how little you care isn’t exactly making the statement you think it is.

Ever since Pine State Biscuits opened a location here in Reno and I had their Ale Mary, which is basically just a bloody beer, it’s been something I’ve craved often. Usually I just buy a bloody mary mix and then add to it. Usually there’s not enough horseradish and hot sauce in it but beer + vinegary/spicy really is

I’ll be honest here, taco bell’s burrito options have always been pretty uninspired. I’d love to see something new and exciting in that space. I dofeel for the vegetarians who relied on that 7 layer burrito though.

I’m not sure if I’m alone in this but sparkling water makes me have to pee more often than I would with still water. Granted I’ve already got he bladder the size of a marble but still, it’s an odd thing I’ve noticed.

Wow, I hope you’re ok after the poor blog said something mean about the computers.

Seems like a solution to a non-existent problem to me.

I’m not even much of a sous vide person but that’s ridiculous lol.

I’ve started whacking my chicken before throwing it on the BBQ and it works great. Cooks so much faster and evenly.

I bought a dry vape so that’s what I use daily but on weekends I like to pop an edible around 8PM or so and then sleep like a goddamn corpse. I can only do it on weekends since it tends to keep me groggy for roughly 10 hours after taking it.

Anything with chocolate will taste better. Avoid mints, hard candies, and most gummis if you don’t like the taste. If taste is your biggest concern I would suggest going with cookies or brownies.

Hope I’m not too late for this one.

I’m sure I’ll be screamed out of the room but enough with the bacon. I’d rather there be some sea salt sprinkled on top over bacon if you’re looking for a sweet/salty effect. IMO adding bacon to everything has just become a culinary crutch and it’s rarely warranted. The flavor is too strong and it overpowers anything

There’s a local deli chain that does a full on biscuits and gravy breakfast burrito. It has a biscuit, chorizo gravy, cheese, hash browns and a fried egg in it. It’s literally perfect and the inclusion of the hash browns is what really does it. The added texture is what seals the deal.

I don’t know if that’s an issue I’ve run into but I’m definitely open to trying the “fancier” versions of american. Might have to give it a go next time.

I mean, do you think we’re not aware that other types of cheese exist? I’ve tried other cheeses and they’re fine! but something about processed cheese slices just scratches that itch when you’re making a grilled cheese. And if there’s a dish where sticking with your comfort zone is a good thing, it’s grilled cheese.

That’s what I read and maintain is a very tepid endorsement. And again, even in this post she says it can be good for toasting bread but has little benefit beyond that as she doesn’t have issues melting the cheese inside.

That post isn’t exactly a strong endorsement though. She says it’s a potential use that you might not think of and that you *can* use it for grilled cheese, not that it makes them any better really.
