Both the song and video are actually pretty good! Kind of a Rilo Kiley vibe to the song so I’m into it.

You’re right on with the taste description. My version uses a kale/spinach/chard mix from costco, half a banana, greek yogurt, flax seeds, ginger and almond milk/water. It’s not sweet by any stretch, kinda earthy I guess. Either way after a few days you just kinda drink it without bothering about the taste.

Wow, I’ve never met someone who liked Reflector that much. It’s fine to me but I’d be hard pressed to go above a C and I’d probably put Everything Now at about the same. The concepts of both albums just didn’t really work for me, despite having a few great songs. Either way they’re still batting a great average.

We just got our first 2 chik fil a’s here in reno within the last year or so and...it’s fine. The sandwiches are good but not good enough for the rabid hype imo. I’d still rather have popeyes if I wanted fried chicken.

I worked for Home Depot 2x in the early 2000s and I gotta be honest, it was one of the better jobs I worked. I started in receiving and then my 2nd go around was promoted to department head of receiving pretty quickly. Well, they made me overnight stock team DH first and gave the guy w/ experience running a stock team

So is the capacity only 8oz despite the size being what looks more like a 16oz? If so that would be kind of a bummer.

I haven’t watched the reboot but Jackie was always kind of a ditz who couldn’t figure her life out. She had like 3-4 “careers” in the original and had a habit of dating awful men.

I’ve made creme brulee and love it but flan always kinda freaked me out. I thought about giving it a shot but I have no feasible way to pull off the steamer step so I’ll stick with my creme brulee I guess.

Yeah, thankfully i was the one being dragged here. Not that I would’ve objected but my brother found Signal and told us all to switch and it was easier than expected.

My family just switched to signal and considering I didn’t even know it existed a week ago the app is pretty impressive. Throw in that they have a desktop app and I’m set. It still needs a little work but it’s all pretty minor gripes. Bonus that the app is super quick compared to whatsapp.

I’m disappointed you didn’t incorporate an Instant Pot recipe for pinto beans as the first step.

As much as I hate to admit it, I’ve had shit luck with chicken breast in mine. Out of the maybe 5-6 times I’ve made it (usually a shredded chicken taco recipe), it turns out overcooked and dry. I made a pork chile verde that turned out better but I wouldn’t say the meat was as tender as I’d like it to be. I’m sure I

Yeah, that was the weird part. I’d heard a little of the hype around their IPA so I went in with decent expectations. It wouldn’t surprise me if they had to change their formula for mass production though. Maybe that was it because, at least to me, it was bad. Not just that it wasn’t my style, I thought it objectively

Good Eats was what really hooked me into cooking. Being both extremely informative while also silly is the best way to get to me.

Yeah, I remember reading something early on about the SA CEO not really liking IPAs and not wanting to make one initially. It shows in the product they put out and they would’ve been better off just sticking to what they do best and not doing a half-hearted one just to appease a few people that wouldn’t drink it a 2nd

Love to check in on any article that mentions IPAs to see 75% of the comments bitching about how they don’t like IPAs. More for me I guess.

I mean, that’s exactly the point of NE IPAs. They’re like 5-8% ABV and have significantly lower IBUs.

Hazy Little Thing is....surprisingly great. I always liked Torpedo for a cheaper but still tasty option but I think HLT might be their best release in the last few years.

I’m out west so I was unfamiliar with goose island but when they sold out and they were new in stores around here I picked up their IPA. Hands down the worst IPA I can remember in recent history. It tasted like someone threw in a bar of soap during the brewing process. I feel similar about Sam Adams’s IPA line. It

Because I’m the most boring type of person ever I LOVED typing class. We had the boxes too (not sure about covering the screen) but I had a healthy competition with a few of the others who could type quickly. Not sure what it is exactly but Istill have a nervous/anxious thing where I’ll type words with my hands when
