Dammit. I came here to post this.

We got one for our wedding (of course) and it sat for a few years until recently. I’m a bit shocked at how well it works and cleaning it really isn’t difficult either. My only gripe would be the space it takes up.

The proposed buff will just make him *more* of a ult charger while still being so weak that any potential targets can escape death. Not much of an improvement to anything but maybe survivability.

Yeah, I learned this one last time I bought cumin. I got a container about 5x the size of my previous one for like $5 and I’m never looking back.

Fair enough. You’re right that they end up freezing into one big mass but I sort of just break off the closest I can to what I need.

What’s the benefit of wrapping them individually? I usually just peel, throw in a freezer bag and freeze. Yeah they stick together a bit but they break apart easily enough and they’re just going into a smoothie so I don’t care how it looks. Eventually they do seem to seep a little bit of moisture and look kinda grody

Mine was never that bad and I always keep my beard relatively short but just using beard oil seemed to make a big difference. My wife made it with jojoba oil and a few essential oils so that it had a nice light scent to it. My skin still get a tiny bit dry here and there but it was a huge improvement.

Exactly. In the end it’s really not much of an issue outside of just letting it run for a bit longer. Plus you can just pick it up and put it on/near the charging base when it’s done.

As some others have mentioned, it’s not the smartest little robot vacuum but it gets the job done. We have dark wood floors and 2 cats and the floor is cleaner than we could ever keep them before. You have to let it wander for a good while but if you’re just watching tv or something it’s really not a big deal.

I’m curious, does the honey dissolve well in this? I know honey can be a pain in the ass when cold vs agave.

Yeah, just chiming in to support the “no fixie” advice, especially if you’re not well versed in bikes. I was given an old nishiki olympic sport and I’ve put so much damn time and money into it that I wish I had just spend on one that was in better shape to begin with. Granted I’ve learned a lot about it by now, but

ugh, hot tub sex is for sure the worst. I can still feel the awkward, jolting thrusts because lube (natural or not) just can’t survive hot tub water. it’s one of those things you do once, to say you have, and then move on to something more enjoyable.

I know I’m going the opposite direction with this one Claire but do you have any recommendations for cocktails with barrel aged gin? I tried to look for some but I found out that I should A) use it in place of a dark/brown spirit and also B) never use it as a replacement for a dark/brown spirit. Any ideas?

Honestly I use full fat greek yogurt instead of sour cream in 90% of applications anymore and I can rarely if ever tell the difference.

I say this as someone who has voted Dem basically in every election, they don’t give a shit either. Dems are center right and will protect big money at all costs and sell out consumers to do so. Yes DTJ sucks worse but the Dems are only incrementally less shitty with this kind of stuff.

Just a heads up, there’s a free app called Hiya that does the same thing. Might save you a few bucks. It’s nothing special but it expands the caller ID and blocks spam.

check the replies to any barstool tweet and you’ll find out

AMC is notoriously bad at on demand content. They always have random walking dead episodes listed and rarely the most recent ones. They seem to want people using their app over on-demand.

I’m in a similar boat. I had traditional directv and switched to directv now and went from about $100/mo to $35/mo. Granted the quality of directv now has been pretty underwhelming the price difference is enough to deal with it.
