I’ve found KB+M works really nicely. Just like in Skyrim when you’re in a menu you can either just use the mouse or instead use WASD to move around and E/Tab to select/go back. I can zip around surprisingly easily with it.

I actually like how the Pip-Boy feels more like an actual device now. Seeing my character’s fingers flip through switches and dials as I browse just makes it that much cooler for me.
