My issue with Valve is that they give minimal support to experimental projects. Steam Controller and Steam Machines for example. Love the concept. will reserve actual judgement until this thing has been out for a year.

Great article as usual! I would change the header image in case someone hast gotten a certain piece of equipment yet. unless we are pass the point of tiptoeing since the game is 5 months old?
I too only hear YANNY. if i concentrate hard enough i can convince myself that I here a very low toned LAUREL. But Yanni is clear and prominent to me.
I feel the same. I dont care what the character art looks like. I want to know about leveling up and skill trees and and how you will navigate the over world... maybe show a few interesting locales.
Also, when you are blocking in the corner, There are certain moves that will still hit you depending if you are blocking CROUCHED or STANDING. Overheads will hit you if you’re blocking crouched and most ground moves will hit you if you are blocking standing. That takes a lot of experience to anticipate and mostly…
If they somehow tried to work them into the story, then i might feel the same as you. But, all the guest characters are just thrown in for use in all the other modes, so that doesn’t really pose an issue. That is just MY opinion anyways.
I love these articles. Spoiler free and very helpful when you’re not trying to waste time. They also help set your expectations and help make your play-style efficient right from the beginning instead of realizing there is something you should have been doing all along that you missed.
Tilt aiming needs to be a thing in all games now. It’s so intuitive
Undoubtedly DOOM and Shadowman 64. The latter gave me straight up nightmares and I won’t play it to this day.
As someone who currently lives here in the US and has been using a work permit for the pass 7 years, you are right. it is indeed his fault. It was his responsibility alone to do the research and apply for the correct visa. Valve could have helped, but they had no obligation to. My employer told me they would hire me…
I actually love the motion control aiming especially when aiming at something tiny. Making that last second adjustment seems to be much easier than using the joystick and overshooting. Well, at least it works for me anyways.
I wish they were able to spell out exactly why, because with all this time not making Wii U games and with so few games at launch, I wonder where their priorities were. This launch is pretty sub par and this is coming from a huge Nintendo fan.
OK I have such a weakness for any game that exudes those “Katamari aesthetics” The music, the look, the Japanese inspired silliness. Count me in.
Wow thats totally backwards in the US. with the amount I spend on groceries weekly buying mostly vegetables and chicken, I could feed myself for 3 weeks buying McDonalds.
Is it because of the Nintendo characters? Smash is pretty accessible but when you start getting into high level play, it’s extremely technical.
That haircut screams “I can be romanced by both”
I think everyone looks good. Not Witcher 3 good but theyre pretty good looking. Now if you were talking about any Bethesda game, then I’d agree.
