Bohemian Symphony turned out to be the prophecy of our times.

That was a nice thing to say. They aren’t my cup of tea but I’m glad you like them. Everyone needs someone they think rocks.

I fucking love Lorde and how little shit she takes. Her talking about Taylor as a solid friend is high praise. And I don’t think Taylor is flawless in any sense, but I do think it’s nice that someone breaks down the Mean Girl narrative we’re always hearing.

I can’t get over Taylor and Adele being around the same age anymore than I can’t get over GWB and Cheney only being a few years apart when they acted more like son and dad respectively.

I never heard of this rapper. And he sounds like a jerk if he used criminal behavior from Chyna’s ex as a reason to break up with her. She didn’t commit the crime.

Lorde rocks, and so does Taylor Swift, and if you don’t think so that’s OK too.

Wait...it’s not the car company?? You would think there would be a trademark lawsuit over this.

I too thought Ferrari meant the car company at first.

same. I was like, “that’s a really odd endorsement deal”.

You have to allow another vehicle that has control of the lane/intersection to complete their maneuver. You have a duty to avoid a vehicle already controlling the lane/intersection. You also have a duty to ensure that an area is clear prior to entering; just because the light is green doesn’t mean you should enter

I’m a personal injury lawyer, unfortunately.

Even if she had been at fault, I really don’t think killer is appropriate. It is awful when people die in accidents but mistakes happen and I think even before this evidence, the cops weren’t going to charge her and no reasonable person would think her a killer. I can’t imagine what it must be like to have someone die

This is why everyone calling her a killer can get fucked. Every one of us has done a stupid driving move and it just as easily could have been fatal.

Really looking forward to all the people who called her a killer in the last thread rushing in here to fall on their swords. One thing you can count on, it’s internet people who were motivated ONLY by their concern for traffic safety issuing heartfelt mea culpas and vowing to learn from their mistakes.

Not a lawyer or traffic expert, but I do wonder if the second car truly entered the intersection lawfully. Every other car at that intersection was stopped, and then one car comes flying in. Either they were coming through the intersection at full speed and just happened to cross the line as the light turned green, or

So why was there a rush to say she was at fault?

Right there with you. It’s like we’re living in a dystopian novel that publishers kept rejecting because the “leader” of the country is a bumbling asshat, a caricature of a totalitarian, and it’s not satire, it’s *not even funny.*

I think we’re living in a simulation and someone pressed the ‘I feel lucky’ button.
