Wasn’t lying what President Clinton was ultimately impeached for?
Wasn’t lying what President Clinton was ultimately impeached for?
He couldn’t feck on the feckiest day of his life with an electronic fecking machine.
Robert Irwin and his sister Bindi have been public figures for awhile, but I don’t think I’d ever seen Robert talk…
It’s important to keep this administration mired in shit no matter the outcome. Make it clear that they do not have the political support to enact this agenda. I have my doubts too that there will actually be a smoking gun here that will turn Republicans against Trump. At the same time stay hopeful, This is six months…
This really is a fantastic movie. If you’ve never seen it, don’t read up on it before viewing, because the ending has a fantastic major twist. And the image/gif from this movie are in my opinion perfectly suited for what’s going on today.
Jerry-Netherland’s gif is from the terrific movie, Witness for the Prosecution, with Tyrone Power and Marlene Dietrich. And the very apropos line is delivered by the incredible actor Charles Laughton.
Does this angle help?
Like a child.

He is literally the most feckless man-shaped entity in the Senate.
I am surprised and pleased by comeys level of emotion. He seems very upset about trumps requests. Plus I LOVED his answer the the Idaho senator said “well he didn’t tell you what to do. He just hoped you would, right?.” And Comey said “well, when the president says he hopes you do something it’s a directive”
I wanted to puke when Risch got into that “Trump only said he ‘hoped’ you’d let it go, and no one goes to jail for hoping, right?” bullshit.
Popcorn is popping...
I’m assuming the White House has Donald gussied up in some sort of Hannibal Lecter ensemble since he’s not tweeting thus far. Trump rn:
Mr. Trump, are you not, in fact, a chronic and habitual LIAR?
“The FBI is honest, the FBI is strong, and the FBI is, and always will be, independent.”
You so often see administration people, even after they’ve been fired, very tactfully defending their former bosses and refusing to take firm stances on whether they’d been involved with or around bad things. It makes sense too, right? That job-interview logic of never speaking ill of a former employer probably…
I’m watching this (eh, you know what I mean), heard him say he took notes because he figured trump would lie.
This gonna be good...
Republican toadie coming soon to Fox: LYING is not a crime! So what if he lies? Defamation means he can’t be sued! He’s the sitting President!
