What.
What.
Well, they’ve convinced me! I guess everyone and anyone who hasn’t done those incredibly specific things is A-OK!
I know this is nowhere near the most horrible, unethical thing Trump has done but it really is one of the most transparently illegal. We should be shouting about this from the rooftops.
This could be awesome. As long as the CG isn’t creepy, I’m fine with it.
Surely it is unethical for the President of the United States to influence public opinion on private companies and individuals, let alone influencing the market in order to benefit his own family. Am I crazy? How is this OK?
‘How did this happen?’
In retrospect, these interactions say a lot about...something.
I went to private school (for free, rural Maine thing), but I’m now a teacher in the U.K. version of public and I see a few children every day who get so much from school that they absolutely cannot get anywhere else. Sadly, for some unfortunate kids it’s the case that only at school will they have access to books. …
Even if it was a joke, can you imagine Obama (or really any previous president) getting away with that kind of talk? I mean really?
If they diss him in this way, he might just have a meltdown. Trump is desperate for approval from the UK, just like he is about celebrities.
I’ve had free bc most of my adult life because I moved to the UK. I can’t imagine the toll it would have taken on me to pay for it. How do these people not get that women being able to control when/if they have babies is good for the country and the economy? But no, it’s a “women’s issue” so it doesn’t matter. smh.
Any bets on how long till he tweets about this?
Here for this.
Leviticus 19:34: The foreigner residing among you must be treated as your native-born. Love them as yourself, for you were foreigners in Egypt.
Oh shiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiit.
How come I have to get by on a teacher’s salary and Spicer gets to be press secretary while being dumb as a box of rocks?
I’m Jewish, and this makes me actually, genuinely, personally scared. How did we let this happen? I used to feel safest in the US.
The danger to our environment and tribal lands is one of the things that makes me saddest. Some things, once lost, can never be fixed or replaced. It sickens me how greedy and selfish so many people are.
So true! If they were serious about preventing threats to Americans they should probably ban careless gun owners. And bad drivers. And fast food. And slippery shower floors. And sugar.
