These girls were on an MTV (I think it was MTV) reality show. Some kind of dumb show where twins were sectioned off into two living areas and then had to compete to stay. Their “twin powers” were tested and the losers were voted out after a “twin off” kind of game. It was embarrassingly horrible. Claire and Shawn were

“equally irritating twin sister Shawn”

It was annoying... but it made it all the better that when Claire was finally caught, she TOTALLY stopped doing that and started speaking in petulant, terse sentences, rolling her eyes up at the ceiling as if *she* was not the one who had done something wrong.

Indeed.

They both speak as if everything they say is amazing and should be noted for posterity. I’m really glad they are both gone because they were painful to watch.

The twins were among the worst contestants in the history of the show. Neither twin was able to pull off the lipstick they both insisted on wearing.

You’re right, I apologize for being sloppy with my language. As I said I’ve know A LOT of twins, all women, every one of them successful and perfectly able to work and live on their own. The PR twins clearly had character issues, from what I could see from their behavior on the show.

I think many people find twins intriguing to creepy and some have a weird dependency thing. I met the worst type once trust fund twins that grew up in Hawaii. Little know fact people that grow in in Hawaii are usually a tad weird add the twin part and Daddy buys everything mentality (they were also very attractive so

Basically, by measuring at home (in the hotel, whatever) she’s breaking the time rule. She could measure her own pants in the work room if she wanted.

Yeah, these twins definitely went beyond a normal twin bond and into codependency.

They both speak as if they were trying to rearrange the placement of their teeth with their lips and air out their uvulas, simultaneously and discreetly.

I hated the twins. But Michael’s dramatic walk-off and Margarita’s hand-wringing about Claire’s top (which ultimately looked nothing like her previous week’s dress) made me hate them, too.

This was gripping because I’ve known an inordinate number of twins in my lifetime and you have to remember that they’re basically (more so than others) the same person. Imagine literally losing part of yourself. At the same time, I’m sorry to say both gals have that cheater “vibe”. Manipulative, always putting on an

I hated that moment after Claire was asked to leave and Michael tried to grab her hand and console her as she was walking out. “I never meant for this to happen...” Shut up. You wanted to call someone out for cheating and you did. Don’t try to look like a sweetheart. She did cheat! It’s ok to be the whistle blower.

Claire, who has to pack up her things and leave the workroom, tells us, “I’m very regretful that I even considered the idea of holding onto something that I shouldn’t have had.”

Never seen the show; nor do I particularly care about fashion...but I will say this....

If I’m ever in a competition that takes weeks (months?) of my time and it’s a single winner worth what is roughly 25% of my annual salary or more: You’re goddamned right I’m going to read, memorize, and be able to recite the rules

I’m going to watch last night’s episode today, so glad the twins are gone, they were AWFUL. A lot of the other designers are actually really interesting and creative, with way less drama than some seasons had. Besides the twins, I’ve actually enjoyed the show a lot.
