Who in the world was doing the costuming? As I'd said, I am only starting with the series and have to play catch-up, but the people look really old-fashioned! lol
That would infer the writer was being objective, which should be a good thing. Otherwise, one could also consider that because it's a "reality" show, they could have scripted the strong black woman as the antagonist (the Omarosa effect).
Point taken, though someone else said there were other blacks in the wedding party. I wasn't paying attention because it's not a big deal for me to see blacks anywhere at all.
