Funny. I just saw this thing driving around downtown San Francisco last week. I forgot to post up the pics until i saw this post....it kind of looks like a mix between a Evo X and a current Elantra GT.

The US republican primaries pretty much were choosing between a billionaire version of Honey Boo-Boo and 16 other arguably better qualified candidates (even if some of them were utterly unlikeable). Anything or anyone demanding some minimal intellectual effort from the audience is rather disfavored these days.
Although the MSRP on a base GTR is just over $100k, much higher than the $65k or so when it first debuted, it is still a performance bargain ready to shit on your local Lambos and Ferraris and won't let you lose control when exiting a Cars & Coffee event.
So with all this new luxury added, will the GT-R finally touch 4,000lbs? What Nissan needs to do is call up their local Jenny Craig and take care of business.
