Minish Cap was a good one, and of course the old Pokemon games. But by far, I enjoyed MGS: Peace Walker the most. Hours and hours of gameplay, basebuilding and management elements, and a powerful storyline, at least in parts. The comic book style cutscenes as well as the voiceovers were also a treat.
