hey did anyone notice that the 3G icon appears different?

is it true that this update brings the ability to view animated gifs as well? i thought that was coming. while gifs can be a PITA, they are the latest rave on digg.

@Preyfar: from what i understand, people are saying it pretty much eliminates the need for a laptop, except for when it comes to typing. these setups really allow you to throw the old notebook away for times when you need to write something up.
