If he used a decent set of wheels, he might have gotten away with it. At least from 25 feet. At night. In the rain.

I’ve wanted a WR-XV Crosstrek since they came out. I don’t know how it’s legal for them NOT to make that a thing like that (some one did btw and it’s $35k and awesome http://crawfordperformance.com/products/wrxv )

I bet if you really wanted one, you could get a shop to do it for a small fee. For a bit more you could probably end of with a Spec B.

A Mini Countryman will fall in at the top of his price range, but get a CPO with the warranty!, or just get a Subaru. There’s a reason everyone who wants to commute and go off road has a Subaru.

True. However you get locked out of the top trims for some asinine reason.

Those people are the worst of the worst.

Except she would be car #13.

The difference being Volvo and MB did their own testing. Tesla wants us to do it for them on real roads. With real drivers. Unless they program it to just come to a stop every time they see a BMW, they’re still many years away from being able to interact with humans.

Honda spent the last 6 years developing the NSX to compete with a car that is already outdated. I would strongly hope for Nissan’s sake that they are almost ready to release the R36 very soon. I strongly hope they haven’t had all their engineers working on tweaking the R35, lest they want to become the next

Oh boy, you’re going to get them all angry if you imply that Tesla doesn’t meet the deadlines and you don’t laud Tesla for their high quality control. I still expect ze Germans to have a car to walk in and buy long before Tesla gets going on the Model 3. And those guys know what panel gaps and body lines are

One issue I have with the Model 3 is the price. If you aren’t near first on the list it will be $7,500 more expensive by the time they get to your name. With a quick search they’re already halfway through the 200,000 unit limit and they’re probably going to sell another 50,000 before the Model 3s actually get sold.

All the crap they added to Messenges: stickers, backgrounds, whatever that balloons are called. The handwriting is useless especially since the + isn’t compatible with the Pencil. The touch drawing thing is just weird and useless.

They’ve changed it once in the last 9 years. They should have changed it again to USB-c, but the internet would have burned down.

You don’t. The first one is always free.

The Holden-sourced Pontiacs were quite good. So, yes, we want manual RWD V8s. And Utes. We want all the Utes.

I drove 400 miles to Memphis and back on Tuesday in my 335ix. Highway rating is 26, I got 31 and I wasn’t going slow. Going to Austin next weekend I expect to return similar number, although Texas tends to reduce mileage since you have to go 90 to not get run over.

So while he was looking for a place to put the jack stand the wheel and tire fell off, too?

If you set back, self-driving cars shouldn’t get into accidents on their own. They shouldn’t be speeding or driving erratically. They’re always paying attention to driving. That’s kind of the whole point. Once you acknowledge that the self-driving car can’t be at fault, screw anyone else that causes the accident. Kids

I would have been all over that 2.0T manual a year ago. I wanted that as an ATS but new they were $40k new and used manuals are nonexistent.

I would think all it does is tell the transfer case to ignore rear wheel slip and not engage the front clutch. The power will be going to the rear by default anyways. I really wish BMW would have put a button to disable xDrive in their cars.
