Bad list. NCAA Football is between NHL and NBA.

Totally agree that the NFL needs an age limit and would love to see a “you must play 3 years if you do go to college” type of system would be best.
NCAA doesn’t have the influence, NBA/NFL do. If the NCAA had any type of influence the academic instructors such as Boeheim wouldn’t be making millions as state government employees. But they do a great job of running the NBA minor league system.
true, but i also believe the NCAA has something to do with the NFL and NBA rules.
it’s AAU teams (Duke, Kentucky) always beating the teams that do it “right”.
and that’s completely fair.
But they were by far the best team that doesn’t buy into the “one and done” with those Wisconson first rounders being JR and SR respectively. And you can’t completely write off the fact that Kamisky is 22 and the Duke/Kentucky freshmen are 19...experience is certainly an asset.
I still think the way to fix college basketball (and get me to pay more attention) would be allowing the one-and-done players to go straight from high school to the pros. This would also fix the D League (throw some exciting 19 year olds to start there for a season instead of ride the bench all year in the NBA).
But…
If you actually think Sam Bradford is the Eagles plan for this season, you might not make sense.
Best offensive linemen in the NFL?
Signed NFL Rushing Champion?
One of the better NT/DT in the NFL?
Signed one of the highest paid CB’s in NFL history?
Traded for the 2013 NFL Defensive Rookie of the Year?
Traded a 3rd round QB for the #1 pick in an NFL draft?
Fielded a team with the 3rd most Pro Bowlers in 2014…
agreed with the officials. happened far too often at our games...and I don't work for Kentucky so our mostly student-operated camera operation doesn't always give them the best replays. A challenge system could work, but I would want to see it tested before happening. I do like the flagrant foul review, and…
as someone who has spent the last 2 seasons calling stats for both mens and womens D1 NCAA basketball (womens game has had a 30 second clock the last two seasons), it always feels like a womens game has less dead time or "stand-still" with someone dribbling at center court watching paint dry.
The more important rule…
I went to the Barca-Man U game there years ago and haven't returned to FedEx Field since, including free tickets to watch my Philly Eagles play the redskins.
don't we watch a sport where tackling a QB is a 15 yard penalty?
English (really all European) soccer has zero real player-media interaction, and the NFL/NBA can only wish they were as popular internationally and domestically.
Eagles trade Bradford and a future 2nd for 12.
Pogba, Courtois, Hazard, Verratti, Gotze, James, Neymar, Alaba are all in the running. Sure i am missing some too.
Frank Gore and Bryon Maxwell aren't black enough for you? Todd Herrimans not white enough?
Billy, do you think this kind of stuff (and Olympics) has always been the case, or is the "shady-ness" a new thing?
All very true. Camden Yards was one of the few hitter friendly parks before it was cool to have one (cc: Vet Stadium vs. Citizens Bank Park).
but the only thing MLB sold me (as a 10 year old kid at the time) was his consecutive game streak, and not his stats. Sure he amassed a great HOF career, but guys like Troy Tulowitzki are on pace for a much better fielding and hitting career (if he plays 2300+ games).
