you act like 5-11 receivers who aren't terribly fast have a real promising career after college? He's a 3 star recruit who's other offers were from Temple and Pitt, not LSU and Alabama. It's not like he was getting drafted ahead of Calvin Johnson in my 2017 fantasy football league.

Downingtown is like Jamaica Queens or 8 Mile Detroit, right? (sarcasm)

the video has 50,000 views because it was a news story in Michigan State land (an incoming freshmen smoking weed on youtube), not because it's good.

i blame concussions!

and this is why NASCAR isn't "suped" up street cars like these Ferrari's are or like 1970s Nascar was. People shouldn't be racing these, hard to imagine a Ferrari LeMans/GT/whatever you call them car do so.

i vote that whoever wins gets regulated next year anyway.

this is more entertaining than the NBA dunk contest.

+1

don't forget video games for sports too. obviously Tecmo Bowl isn't going to teach you a lot about football, but Madden 2013 will. COD makes you a better paintball player too (you learn not to just run around in the open)

i would say playing racing games my whole life has certainly helped. accident free for a decade with a TON of close calls (getting cut off/bad weather/idiots/etc) but i just go into "Forgot there was a corner at this part of the track in Gran Turismo 2" mode and survive.

I have always wanted the NCAA to do this. No one in the world knows who the 31-4 D2 Drury University basketball team is but the 0-28 Grambling State shitters still call themselves a D1 program.

the real crime in American sports is that you are MUCH better off finishing in dead last than 13th overall in the NFL, 11th overall in MLB, or 17th overall in the NBA/NHL. LeBron/Durant/Duncan/Griffin/Harper/ARod/Crosby/Ovechkin are rewards for being the shittiest team in the league. This keeps insane excitement for

which NHL team has the most success over the last 5 years? Which team has the comparison of Lebron and Kobe on the same team? Point being when they suck 10,000 people show up, and needed the state of PA and it's old people who gamble to keep the team in the city. Philly built a 20,000 seat arena with private funds,

half of the NHL has had 100%+ attendance over the last 60 home games. Plenty of arenas are 10-15% bigger than Pittsburgh too (St Louis didn't sell out but had more fans/game and Chicago pulls 3,000 more/game). it's easy to sell tickets when you win but teams like Toronto sell out without making the playoffs.

pushed submit before highlighting that Johnson was a super-bust but that probably 90% of the all star team was picked top 3.

Mario actually went to Kansas City with intentions of selling the franchise and moving to the new arena in 2007 since fans weren't showing up. The state of PA legalized gambling to fund the franchise, essentially. They act like the world's best fanbase, but had the leagues worst attendance between Mario and Crosby.

you're embarrassing yourself.

you get demoted to the league below and lose millions if you finish in the last 3, not draft a guy like Lebron, Crosby, Harper, etc.

the world would be a better place if teams got punished not rewarded for going 2-14 / 22-60.
