on the flipside, another way to interpret this would be “part 4 of a movie series, and the first question being asked is, what is the guy from the first 3 doing?”

speaking of SNL. i ain’t giving my stool to some strangers.
serious question: would there be less risk of donor-recipient complications if the transplant came from a blood relative?
ok, so i’m reading this comment from 2006, and it sounds like the nerdiest joke ever. like, they’d really make a TV show about Hawkeye and Loki? or simply call the continuation of TNG “Picard”? get outta here.
And Spiderman NWH took 1.8 BILLION
you would think releasing it on the same day as Obi-Wan was actually a move to promote viewership. like when they used to debut new shows at 8:30 right after the hit show.
exactly. these shows are meant to last a while. i wouldn’t be surprised if they expect a whole second wave of new viewers to the Ms. Marvel show AFTER the Marvels movie premieres. there will be a crowd who go for movie stars, then become fans of the new characters, and then circle back to watch their show.
“kind” and “cozy” are in direct opposition to Squid Game’s general tone, which i’d literally describe as “indifferent” and “uncomfortable”. so i don’t think there’s gonna be any of that.
i agree. for this to truly be “Squid Game” there can’t simply just be a reward for the winner. there must also be some form of punishment for losers. now, i’m not saying they should all die... per se... but that is canon.
just the scope of it all makes it hard for me to imagine how to create a ‘conspicuously less exploitative’ unscripted show...
or just call “MULITVERSE” and the sequel is Joaquin Phoenix as a gritty take on Lex Luthor as the Proto-Trump in the 80's. it’s American Psycho meets Vice.
since the Batman must take place in modern times (Riddler’s plot originating from social media), then Pattinson needed to be like 48 in that movie to have been the same kid as in the Joker. also, Thomas Wayne was a totally different guy.
somehow the allegory was less heavy handed in the 60's.
i agree that the Prequel Trilogy and the Sequel Trilogy are very distinct things.
Controversial Opinion: Henry Cavill would be a dope Iron Man.
“i don’t trust Twitter.”
News in 2034: “and with that, Congress has overturned the Emancipation Proclamation.”
not an Elon fanboy, but i don’t think he’s that dumb either. when he talks about not banning, he’s not talking about potential identity thieves and child molesters, or other potential liabilities. he’s talking about the guy everyone wants to talk about. he’s great at marketing.
“Special Thanks: Matt Stone, Trey Parker, and DEEP VOODOO”
there were three “premiere” trailers before Dr. Strange 2:
