i wonder how it’s being retooled. whether they’re planning to take it more seriously, or less.

women can’t be the protagonist in Predator movies?
Dan Trachtenberg’s upcoming Predator movie
ah, so i should just get a Tesla?
wait, do we not want Uber to exist? is everyone using Lyft now?
i believe the Inhumans were under the direction of Perlmutter (as his pet project) and not Feige. so even with a different cast and budget, it would likely have been doomed. one of the leading thing going for Eternals now is Chloe Zhao’s touch, and an Asian female director doesn’t seem like something that would’ve happ…
For an MCU film (and trailer) it feels like something is missing.
are the Inhumans still a thing? i actually didn’t watch the show, but did they actually cross-over? the movies have yet to acknowledge the Inhumans at all. maybe the Multiverse of Madness can make a joke of this to clean up the timeline.
i think it’ll be fine since the Eternals are Marvel, and they weren’t in the Bible. the evangelicals only get offended if you mess with their characters or canon.
nope, they were major theatrical releases with full marketing budgets. just OP’s point about non-memorable remakes.
- A Nightmare on Elm Street 2010
yes please. (Theory of Everything aside) i totally buy them as scientists over Krasinski/Blunt.
how many of these released remakes gave you the “oh yeah, i forgot they remade that!”
tbf, i don’t know of any good sword fighting movies these days (sorry, Star Wars ain’t it). i haven’t watched the Witcher, but heard there’s some good fights in that (is that how Cavill got the role?).
“you don’t have any people? then you’ll be known as Han Solo.”
i get this. it makes perfect sense and i agree. but i’d also take Liam Neeson if he wanted to do it.
and kill the potential for a JJ Abrams reboot movie of TNG?!?!
woah, didn’t know about this Emily Blunt situation. i wouldn’t take her word for it though. right?
wait, if Krasinski is playing Reed without Emily Blunt as Sue, then i don’t want it. give it to Eddie Redmayne.
you mean hush money?
