movie theaters are multiple companies: AMC, Regal, Cinemark, etc. there’s competition between them, which is theoretically good for the consumer.

maybe the market will fight back. if they overcharge for a movie, we simply won’t pay to watch it. there are many more competitors for our money and attention now than there was back then.

by industry-changing, i thought they were referring to some new achievement in filming technique that will be ripped off by others (i.e. bullet time)

agreed. but a short nap is just a regular nap. overall napping is good. but “aggressive napping” (whenever you can as hard as you can) is something else, and doesn’t make sense for normal people.

i’m not familiar with this S20 Ultra issue, but is there any evidence that this issue persists with the LG Wing or other phones versus just the S20 Ultra? my S8's (and all my smartphones before it) camera have been through a lot and are fine
