you should hold onto those magikarps. egg hatches have pretty good IV’s and CP’s. you got some great gyrados babies there.

if they can do that, then they should allow the game to run all the time in the background. so you can go about your day as normal, and just get a notification whenever a pokemon pops up.

you should check up on your hatch progress periodically instead of walking for miles and being disappointed at the end. if your hatch is lagging behind you need to reset the game. if that doesn’t help, you’re going too fast? my hatching is fairly consistent, but i’m constantly checking to make sure i’m getting my due…

i think you’re talking about hatching vs tracking.

that’s why you shouldn’t get attached to any pokemon unless it has perfect IV’s and move set. I rank those values higher than CP since i can increase CP over time, but not the other two.
