Oh forreal. That and a hat no deal. I don't mean just fedoras even, I think the worst offenders are guys who wear those newsies hats. Get ready for a long talk about the merits of anarchy from a very wealthy young man should you choose to engage.

Hats. Without a doubt, hats. Excluding winter and baseball caps (if the context is appropriate).
I've had pretty good luck finding books for a wide variety of ages with POC protagonists (particularly black) in some indie bookstores. But big ones like Barnes and Noble? Not so much. Last year I was stuck buying a Doc McStuffins book (more glitter than words) for the youngest of the family I worked with and a very…
A love song to the Jubilee line, and its glass track-protecting doors. Almost enough to make me forget about Zayn!
I never believed any of the other fake Rihrih instagram accounts but man this one got me. I didn't even bother checking if Mel or Leandra or Jen were following, I just wanted to believe. This must be what faith feels like. I'm shattered!
Yup! But I've only seen it at super low income sliding-scale places (where most people wouldn't have insurance anyway). I think the ACA is changing that a bit, though, and clearly I have not had experience with the super high income doctors!
Reasons = too many cats. :(
I think MN is where I grew my love of the fleece, but I resisted for so long after leaving. I now realize/remember the truth.
Or Tony Montana (really any character in Scarface, for the most part). I feel like a lot of people did not finish that movie or just thought ooh guns cool.
Yes!

Finally, yes! Sweatshirts deserve their time in the spotlight!
Yes... Can't say I wouldn't hate-read her posts every few months! I just hope her wall is satisfyingly full of nonsense anti-vaxx/science mommy memes.
If she were my Facebook friend, she'd be unfollowed so hard right now.
There's really no great way to reject someone, but I think being short and sweet and NOT PERSONAL is going to be acceptable to any reasonable person. You're right that if someone freaks out about it, you were right to reject them in the first place!
I think that's a very good way to phrase it! I could see it feeling a little business-like to me, but it's better than stringing someone along.
Yeah, it's really entitled and rude to just assume someone is trying to ditch you. I used to also send like a generic "hey how's it going?" if I thought maybe it wasn't a fadeout but I hadn't heard from them in a while. If that gets ignored you know where you stand!
That's true. I haven't really dated in a few years and I think stuff has changed a lot even between then and now (especially since then I didn't have a smartphone). Texting really is a bad way to communicate as you get to know someone - tone is really impossible to get and it causes a lot of anxiety that's completely…
I think there's that plus the attitude of "attractive women never, ever give me what I want because they are terrible and don't realize what I deserve!!!"
Ah no! The checkmarks only mean 1. it's been delivered onto the server and 2.it's been delivered to their phone. It doesn't mean anything about whether they have read it or not! This has saved me some anxiety knowing that.
