While I understand the appeal of doing something like this, I dispute the notion that the only way to lead a truly “full” life is to chug a Mountain Dew and do something “Extreme.” There are many different paths to personal enlightenment.

I can take a lug nut off with a ratchet or an impact. Both do the same job, one does it easier.
If he’s done it for years, and this is the first incident, why isn’t he qualified?
Hey, those are probably the nicest streets in Detroit.
What car do you send out when the Pace Car crashes?
There are a lot of people here, including the author of the article, who seem to have absolutely no grasp of how physics works.
Hint: A vehicle traveling at 70 MPH isn’t going to drive over an object and kick it BACKWARDS at 70 MPH. Just think about what you are saying for more than 2 seconds, and you’ll realize that…
Your style is tired. Give it a fucking rest.
this is literal Kafka trapping. Holy shit, do you have any self awareness?
I kinda appreciate the supposed “inconsequentiality” of the film. I’m burned out on every movie involving some villain trying to conquer/destroy the world/galaxy. I prefer the lower, more mundane stakes of the Netflix Marvel shows to their film counterparts (though I still go see the latter), and maybe I’m getting to…
Something like that, these ten year olds coming up with much newer cars are making me laugh!
As far as I’m concerned, Ford themselves have already irreparably damaged their brand and image with this entire Ford GT sales/resales fiasco. Needing to apply for the ‘privilege’ of buying a GT. Needing to sign a legal document to prevent you from reselling the car in the first 24 months, and giving Ford first right…
I thought this was going to be an article stating that even the highest of high-end cars should still consider electric seats optional.
Non-tactile controls are dangerous. Cars should have controls that can be operated by touch and muscle memory, without the need to take your eyes off the road. Knobs, dials, and switches. As far as I’m concerned they should be mandatory safety equipment, same as headlights and bumpers.
Since when did we decide that buttons, dials, switches and levers are not more intuitive since you dont need to look down and stare at it to change something? Wouldn’t this be common sense to these car interior designers and developers. Is this all for the sake of “style” and “living in the future”?!
The confusing stereo is a real issue when you need to look at it to control important functions in the vehicle. Also, the Edmunds long term road test has some more interesting insights. Their radio kept turning up to full volume without warning. That seems like it would be enough to distract the driver and create a…
That attitude will really get the “FLYOVER STATES” to appreciate the finer points of your sentiment.
No owner is ever going to take their Tesla model 3 to the track, because Autopilot is going to crash it on the way there.
I’m forced to assume your Mom was in National Lampoon’s Vacation.
I think all of these examples are inside jokes and pranks, sadly the 7series is the worse offender, the only one here proving your point...
Yay, now everyone will be able to think they don’t have to actually look around when they drive.
