So does this mean that if a group of police are in an “incident” with a suspect and, say, one of the cops decides to just start shooting, killing the man in cold blood, then all the cops are guilty of murder?

Surly you must realize that making it impossible to charge a group of criminals with murder if you couldn’t prove which of them pulled the trigger would be highly counterprodutive, and against the interests of justice.

Felony murder is also a recognition of the fact that if you go into a crime armed with weapons that

You know those pigs are lying. No way the girlfriend was at the scene and they don’t shoot her too.

Sooo much to wrap my brain around... don’t know where to begin. But let’s start with The Columbus Dispatch, a freakin’ reputable newspaper, publishing the juvenile’s address and criminal record. Whuh?!?! No, WHATTTTT?!

No need to continue doing an investigation when you’ve killed your perp and brought his SO up on bullshit charges related to killing your perp.

That’s quite a stretch in the use of felony murder. Typically it has to be proximate in time. And, of course, even though the charges against the young woman are complete bullshit...she is undoubtedly in prison waiting for her arraignment and bail...which she could likely be denied given the charges (even if they are bullshit). Oh, and because she’s black, there’s even a chance she’ll get CONVICTED for a crime
