I didn’t see what all the hype was about, but then last year I saw one on South Beach. They look better/more imposing in person than they do in pics. Kinda sad to see them go.

I think the folks at Essence are like me and remember Mariah saying that her father was Brazilian...this was during the Tommy Motola era...he probably thought saying that would give her better crossover appeal.
