Wouldn't the eye-mouse bet a better option for the future? Only thing it can't replace are the buttons, but that's a minor issue really.

Your cursor doesn't need to be on the video for it to work. It works as long as the video was the last thing you clicked.
no matter how awesome those machines are I fear what the sodium intake on some of those food items are o.O
